01
Scope and roles
This policy applies to ruocent.com and related administration, deployment, delivery, storage, video, and managed-operation services. Ruocent may act as a controller for website and lead data, or as a processor when handling customer data under documented instructions.
02
Information we collect
We may collect identity, contact, company, project, URL, market, budget, timeline, and message information. Service delivery may also involve domain settings, server configuration, controlled credentials, deployment records, error logs, backups, and resource usage.
- Contact and identity data
- Project and commercial context
- Technical configuration
- Security and access logs
03
Sources of information
Information may come from you, authorized colleagues, customer systems, domains, cloud platforms, repositories, and service providers. Servers automatically record necessary request and security data.
04
Purposes
We use information to respond, quote, contract, deploy, operate, support, secure, troubleshoot, back up, optimize, and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated or de-identified operational data may be used for planning and service improvement.
05
Legal bases and consent
Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on consent, contract necessity, legal obligations, security needs, emergency interests, or legitimate business interests that do not override individual rights. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the relevant basis.
06
Forms, captcha, and admin
Contact and admin login forms use one-time graphical captcha challenges to reduce automated abuse. Admin sessions use necessary cookies and store journal content, lead status, internal notes, and editing results for authorized users.
07
Customer data
Customers must have authority to provide data and access. Ruocent limits customer data to the agreed service purpose and does not use it for independent advertising. Regulated or sensitive projects may require a separate data processing agreement.
08
Cookies and analytics
The site primarily uses cookies necessary for admin sessions. It does not currently depend on third-party advertising profiles. Material analytics or marketing changes will be assessed and disclosed where required.
09
Sharing and providers
We do not sell personal information. Necessary data may be shared with hosting, CDN, domain, storage, email, security, payment, accounting, or support providers under contractual and confidentiality controls.
10
International transfers
Global delivery may involve infrastructure and personnel in different regions. Where required, Ruocent will use appropriate contractual, consent, assessment, or other lawful mechanisms and limit transferred fields and access.
11
Retention and deletion
Leads, project records, contracts, billing records, logs, and backups are retained only for business, security, recovery, audit, dispute, tax, and legal needs. Deletion from active systems may precede normal backup rotation.
12
Security and incidents
Measures may include HTTPS, captcha, access controls, account separation, updates, logging, backups, and recovery checks. No system is absolutely secure. Material incidents will be investigated, contained, documented, and notified as required.
13
Individual rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or regulator review. Requests should be sent to contact@ruocent.com and may require identity verification.
14
Sensitive data, children, and automation
Do not submit sensitive information unless specifically agreed. Services are not directed to children, and Ruocent does not currently use solely automated decisions that produce significant legal effects.
15
Third parties, changes, and contact
Third-party links follow their own policies. We may update this policy for service, security, or legal changes. Questions, rights requests, and complaints can be sent to contact@ruocent.com.
